We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
You will plan and track team deliverables for expert input and related activities.
You will manage team budget tracking and vendor activities, maintain medical insights stewardship, ensure bundling of relevant insights and work with the therapeutic area team to escalate and act as needed.
Study-related coordination in partnership with internal teams throughout Research Laboratories (i.e., Global Clinical Trial Operations, Global Center for Scientific Affairs, and Center for Observational and Real-world Evidence) and across regional teams within medical affairs
You will collaborate with the oversight of investigator-initiated trials administration, strategically analyzing their fit within the company’s areas of interest.
Responsible for regional oversight and program management of Regional/Higher complexity Oncology Data Generation Studies
You have a degree in Science/Management or related discipline, with a minimum of three years of experience in medical affairs or project management roles and at least five years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
You are strategic and can approach complex problems with a good balance of structure, curiosity, and practicality. It is key to be able to cut through complexity to get to a tangible outcome.
You are capable of directing and collaborating with broad and complex teams of stakeholders-across divisions, functions, and geographies.
You have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to work with medical and scientific teams.
You have prior experience working independently to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and function in a fast-paced environment.
You are a self-motivated, flexible, resourceful problem-solver with a passion for science.
Have worked in a matrix organization with cross-functional project management experience
Prior oncology experience and expertise in leading large complex multi-stakeholder projects, agency management, and budget planning experience are highly preferred.
