Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that build NCS Profile and amplify NCS Brand
Execute a content strategy that drives high engagement, with an emphasis on producing original design & content. Manage NCS website and social media accounts to drive high performance, KPI-tagged content marketing. Promote content and develop campaigns through digital and social media marketing in the following channels: Website, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, BrightTalk. Execute SEO/SEM.
Drive improvements in online content quality and robustness, this includes working with content strategist, writers, video production house, and digital marketing agency to produce online web and social content that is highly relevant and compelling.
Champion Senior Leadership Team and Thought Leaders Personal Branding in the digital space, enabling and support them in content creation, network building and lead generation.
Lead and execute digital content marketing for employer branding and employee engagement.
Align digital activities to the CSU and LOB marketing plan and business objectives in the team. Drive integrated online campaigns for CSU/ LOB
Project manage the implementation and improvement of corporate website and all digital platforms (Eg: Email automation, webinar platform, intranet, in-office digital signages, etc)
Content Strategy and Planning
Good story scripting, writing and language skills
Highly Proficient in managing social media handles: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
