MOVE Trainee will help in all aspects of the MOVE Team including but not limited to attending MOVE standups and ceremonies, UAT testing, managing Production issues, running customers engagement programmes.
1. Attend daily stand up with the MOVE Squad and also daily meetings on operation issues
2. Planning for monthly Challenges and Rewards to engage MOVE members
3. Support communications to reach out to customers
4. Prepare communications to brief internal stakeholders on new initiatives
5. Run through test cases and support UAT testing
1.Participation in Agile Project Management by attending the ceremonies and getting involved in the sprint planning.
2.Understand how a User Acceptance Test is done before a Product/new feature is being pushed to production. This involves understanding the UAT Test Cases and checking the test results to ensure both positive and negative test cases have all been accounted for.
3.Customer communications/ engagement with customers on the MOVE app: To run monthly challenges and issue the rewards to MOVE members. This includes setting up the notifications and also getting the Promotional banner up in the MOVE app to gain awareness to the Challenge and achive higher participation rate.
4.Understanding of Move tNPS by running through daily verbatims of customers that comes in through MOVE app surveys. This would include dealing with the daily operational issues or any unhappy incidents that customers are faced with.
