Job Description We are seeking for an indiviudal with experience on Key Accounts Management, Servicing and Support. This position will report to Head Merchant Payments Business. This candidate to manage end to end sales process on merchant onboarding, servicing, implementation, review risk & control, AML matters and provide sales support to the merchants.
The candidate can expect an progessive journey in the payments industry and develop terminal vendor management, payment knowledge, merchant operations and project management skills. With demonstrated capabilities and proven results, the candidate can also expect career progression from an individual contributor role to a team-lead role and eventually taking on wider responsibilities in the management team. Job Responsibilities
To meet sales targets on the acquisition of new Retail/Ecommerce merchants and manage existing SME and Key merchants.
Monitor merchant sales performance, grow organic sales volume from existing merchants an keep abreast of competition (MDR, terminals, QR payments, POS solutions, ecommerce solutions, latest upstream solution and trends).
Manage existing Merchants on day-to-day requests/orders and work with internal stakeholders on any dispute resolution with merchants.
Ensure that all Merchant Payments Business activities and documentation are in full compliance and in accordance with bank policies.
Good understanding on Merchant business model, their strategy and business issues, and present and introduce the suite of solutions available within OCBC to develop win-win partnership and deepen relationship with merchants.
Possess good business acumen to recognize opportunities with merchants and apply your technical knowledge to design user-friendly and state-of-art solutions for merchants and consumers, utilizing OCBC’s various API products.
Good understanding of terminal management.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners. Establish strong brand association with merchants through increased collaborations and compliance.
Assist merchant on transaction reconciliation.
Take on assigned projects when required.
Qualifications Job Required Traits
Experience in Merchant account management.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience with FinTech company or Financial Institution, with familiarity in disruptive technology in Payments
Good understanding of the Payment industry including e-Commerce and In-App, and end-to-end merchant solutions is highly preferred
Take Initiative in learning and demonstrate Positive Attitude
