We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Implement repositioning campaigns for the Singaporean commercial real estate business focusing on profiling strategic employee hires, key appointments and transactional successes
Work alongside the Commercial Real Estate Singapore team to identify and prioritise key existing and target clients and assist to generate and roll out relevant client engagement strategies
Track and report marketing metrics for all initiatives, generate monthly/quarterly reports as required and ensure regular internal promotion of marketing and communications successes.
Perform all tasks related to media outreach, including the following:
Writing, distributing and following up on news releases and sharing across internal promotional channels
Pitching to and working with the media to develop news stories/angles and secure interviews and opportunities
Organizing media conferences/events, covering development of agenda, content, event execution and follow-up activities
Monitor and analyse all coverage generated by Commercial Real Estate Singapore
Source and activate speaking opportunities at corporate and industry events.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Communications or relevant discipline
At least 4 years of Marketing and communications expertise, with experience in campaign development and delivery across all channels
Stakeholder management experience, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
Analytical skills and ability to use data in decision making balanced with creativity.
Outstanding communication and writing skills and superb attention to detail
Results-oriented and accountable with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
