A regional bank is expanding their marketing team, and actively looking for a Campaign Automation Manager.
This is a critical role for the team that will involve maintaining the MarTech stack to ensure effective data driven, personalized messages can be delivered and tracked across the bank’s omni-channel environment. Channels will include ADM, SMS and this individual will run, optimize and track digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys. You will also manage key martech platforms like marketing automation platforms and content management systems. You will work cross-functionally to configure these technologies across the consumer banking business.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
5 – 10 years of experience in campaign management from planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Acoustic Campaign and Content Management systems
Experience implementing automated customer journeys across various channels
Excellent stakeholder management skills
