We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Drive vendor success: put in place frameworks and strategies to ensure the success of our vendors and work closely with market teams to implement those strategies.
Maximize vendor engagement: develop tools, processes, communication channels to engage vendors in this new business and prevent churn by keeping a strong view on the stability of the vendor network.
Build new partnerships: engage with third party companies to explore, structure and pilot strategic partnerships allowing to offer unique experiences to foodpanda customers.
Manage internal stakeholders: work very closely with your counterparts in all our markets to ensure consistent implementation of plans and actions, and engage with cross-functional departments to drive business growth.
Bachelor’ Degree in a related subject. Masters will be preferred.
Years of experience: min. 4 – 5 years.
Industry experience: ideally a mix of tech, F&B, FMCG. Experience in a franchised business is a strong plus.
Functional experience: ideally a mix of account management/partner success, business development, consulting.
Advanced Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) and PowerPoint skills. SQL, Tableau skills a strong plus.
Experience in identifying potential business partnerships, reaching out, selling the idea and converting into actual business opportunity is a strong plus.
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Overall outgoing personality and excellent communication and presentation skills – ability to convince stakeholders through data, insights, and business growth recommendations.
