We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Lead investigations on regional employee relations matters and potential policy violations to evaluate and effectively address issues.
Develop, communicate and implement employee relations guidelines/ policies, best practices, and training to educate employees, managers, and People Community on how to mitigate and properly address behavioural issues in the workplace.
Maintain current and relevant knowledge in a variety of concepts, practices, procedures, updates associated with Human Resources/Employee Relations.
Work on projects and initiatives to mitigate risk
Manage, support or participate in special projects/programs requiring ER stakeholder input, as needed.
Responsible for both internal and external stakeholders management which includes managing employee cases with labor union/ labor regulatory
Act as point of escalation for all Employee Relations matters
5-8 years of HR experience and 3+ years of experience managing employee and labour relations
Strong knowledge in employee relations, labor relations and labor law in Singapore and APAC countries. Exposure to, and a full appreciation of, the regulatory environment in the context of employee conduct / disciplinary matters preferred.
Individual contributor role; great communication skills requiring strong partnering with various key stakeholders and also being a team player.
Proven track record in dealing with a wide range of complex first and second stage grievances and disciplinaries.
Experience working within a complex, fast paced and challenging business environment.
A demonstrated ability to partner effectively with key internal stakeholders including senior business leaders.
