Understand and propose solutions to client’s request, bringing in subject matter experts from internal departments or external parties to assist where necessary
Main point of contact for clients’ request and attend to clients’ inquiries promptly
Assist with account onboarding, maintenance and management of the client relationship, predominantly focusing on large insurance institutions.
Prepare presentation materials and conduct regular client review meetings to provide timely updates regarding ongoing request(s)
Customise and send client reports in accordance to clients’ requirements and timeline
Handle other client solutions duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Degree or Masters, preferably in finance, accountancy or business
Proven track record of working within a client focused environment. Experience servicing large insurance institutions will be an added advantage
Extensive industry experience relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities services
Knowledge in investments, derivative instruments, operational activities of asset management will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency in Bloomberg will be useful
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Demonstrated behaviours of being resourceful, organised, and paying attention to detail
Fast learner who is self-motivated and an excellent team player with a “can do” attitude
