We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Helps identify, sign and on-board new partners
Manages day to day business relationships, and proactively and autonomously negotiates costs, promotional opportunities, and other business inputs
Conducts pricing and ROI analysis and makes recommendations for initiatives that optimize profit margin
Uses data to identify trends, opportunities and risks and translate those insights into actions to drive long-term growth.
BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. Deeply analytical, able to independently arrive at commercially viable terms that make sense for both parties.
5+ years of work experience in the beauty industry (AVP)/8+ years of experience in the beauty industry (Director), specifically in the domain of partnerships with brands and distributors. Prior experience in a third party retail (marketplace, ecommerce platform) preferred vs. experience managing a brand.
Demonstrated experience in building deep relationships with brands and in growing a portfolio of revenue focused relationships.
