All the above duties are critical for strengthening the inventory and accountability for the high value University’s Art Collection and loan collection. As the only manager providing professional collection services, and museum administration support, s/he is also required to assist the Deputy Director (Museum) in executing procurement and finance matters, in accordance to NTU’s processes. S/he is also required to execute museum management processes according to approved standards set by the National Heritage Board. At least 5 years of experience (for diploma holders) or 2 years of experience (for degree holders) in Collections Management or related services in a museum or similar institutions.
Knowledge in government procurement process and at least 3 years of experience in budget planning, procurement function and office administration.
A keen interest in art and heritage is an advantage.
