We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
You will work with the Head of Department to ensure the smooth running of the operations in the A&E department, particularly the re- organization of Bed Management Unit.
You will be leading a team of Patient Services Assistants to drive the bed management processes and activities in the hospital.
You will be exposed to initiatives to improve workflows and throughput in the hospital and monitor key performance indicators to achieve desired results. You will also be part of work teams to deliver a high standard of service quality to our patients, through streamlining of processes, analysis of resource utilization and development of quality improvement projects.
Degree with at least 5 years’ relevant experience in either the healthcare or service industry
Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong data-analysis and statistical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Possess leadership qualities and supervisory experience
