We are urgently looking to fill a Lubricants Component Planner vacancy for our major oil and gas client in Singapore!
As a Lubricants Component Planner, you are responsible for complying with all SSHE policies and procedures and ensuring compliance to controls, product integrity, and trade regulation requirements. You will resolve all stock out and stock low exceptions as well as expedite and/or cancel existing shipments to meet production demands. You are also accountable to:
Maintaining the stocking strategy for additive and base oil and adjusting the planning parameters in line with demand/product changes
Working with Refinery on the base oil production/turn over plan and ensuring the base oil supply for both base oil sales and SSPP blend
Reporting forecasted component usage to key suppliers if requested and reporting supplier non conformances
Working with the key suppliers to avoid transportation congestion
Serving as the local contact for new and obsolete raw materials including site approval for new ones and inventory depletion for old ones
Proactively seeking raw material planning process improvements and sharing best practices across network
You are what we are looking for if you:
Are familiar with Lubricant’s business and overall network strategy, supply/demand balance, and plant operating constraints, and have packaging experience, preferably
Have knowledge of SAP, EMAPSS, Excel
Are proficient with numbers and analysis
Have Business, Marketing, Logistics, or Engineering degree
Have APIC’s Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferably
Have a valid work authorization in Singapore that does not require sponsorship, are based in Singapore, and available within short notice due to time and travel (Covid-19) constraints
