The purpose of the BPO / CI category of this role is to drive continuous improvement (CI), efficiencies, and profitability within Air CARGO BRANCH (ACB) through operation excellence, direct or in-direct operational support and working with internal and external customers.
He/She is also responsible to create and deploy air product operational strategies while supporting our network field operations as the air product subject matter expert.
The selected candidate would have experience and expertise in:
Business process re-engineering;
Functional consulting experience – the ability to translate business process requirements into an IT environment;
AS 400 NEWINS – an indepth knowledge of the Air cargo functionality;
Logistics, ideally Air Cargo;
Program (ideally transformation) management;
Strategic thinking and strong networking abilities
In depth knowledge of airfreight forwarding operations and markets
Strong operational & presentation skills and have solid experience in working in a diverse cultural environment
