You will play a leading role in the GC Litigation and Investigations team for APAC and MENA, overseeing and managing a complex, highly active, and varied docket of litigation and investigatory matters on behalf of the Bank and working with a network of attorneys and support staff located in Singapore and Hong Kong. You will be responsible for creating tangible strategic impact by driving the Bank’s approach to litigation and investigation matters within the region, including affirmative and defensive civil litigation, arbitrations, and mediations; regulatory and government inquiries, investigations, and enforcement proceedings; and internal investigations. You will collaborate with partners across all divisions of the Bank, and have the opportunity for regular reporting to, and interaction with, the Bank’s senior management and key regulators in the region.
