We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Support the management team in strategic development and planning for the Academy. This would include market research; leveraging on data and trend information for swot analysis
Prepare presentations for business proposals, reporting and updates on progress for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify potential customers and target segments; and establish connections to generate interest
Identify opportunities and generate new leads through market research, surveys, channels (mailbox / webpage), referrals, learning visit requests among others
Follow-up on leads to establish connections with business prospects and deliver initial pitch of L&D services offered by the Singapore Airlines Academy
Coordinate with subject matter experts & rostering personnel in the relevant Training Schools for courseware development and delivery
Monitor delivery milestones to ensure client receives services as agreed and that standard of learning services are maintained
Develop business relationships with key stakeholders in client organisation, be alert for opportunities to introduce further L&D services
Ensure client is invoiced accurately and in a timely manner upon delivery of services
Degree in any discipline
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office
Experience in sales/marketing and/or L&D (curriculum management and/or practice) is preferred
Good analytical and numerical skills
Proven capabilities in development and delivery of business presentations
