The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate

Primary purpose of this role is to develop and deliver Information & Cyber Security (ICS) communication and awareness strategies across CPBB to support the successful implementation of ICS across the segment.

Key areas of responsibilities are:

• Support the Global Head BRM, Head of ICS Change and Head of ICS with overall communication, training and awareness strategy development and execution; develop, cultivate and maintain strong ongoing BRM and ICS awareness with measurable results
• Support Global Product Owners in producing stakeholder mapping and specific communication deliverables to support key controls and delivery milestones to the same Group, regional and country stakeholders; contribute to the establishment of an enduring culture that strengthens ICS, and mitigating ICS risk

Strategy

• Develop communication strategies and plans for CPBB BRM and ICS programme, which aims to support the rollout of the new ICS policies and controls
• Participate in change management planning to support the development of the overall Change Management Strategy and Training & Awareness Plans

Business

• Ensure that key changes with customer, business or operational impacts are communicated and cascaded (in region/country), in coordination with key stakeholders and Group-wide communications

Processes

• Document and maintain all core documents, JIRA/ Confluence records

People and Talent

• Deliver/support BRM and ICS communication programs to meet the communication needs
• Develop/refresh communications to raise awareness.

Risk Management

• Review and assess existing system and controls relevant to ICS to ascertain operational performance and effectiveness
• Understand technical aspects of systems and controls relevant to ICS and the TSRA Framework/ TRI targets

Governance

• Attend relevant team and leadership meetings
• Propose control improvements, enhancements and simplifications where appropriate

Project/Change Management

• Develop and/or implement change management methodology and capabilities
• Provide project management support
• Provide subject matter expert advice, guidance and support to the product owners/ business analysts on managing training

Other Responsibilities
Central coordination

• Work with stakeholders to advise on best communications approach; develop and prioritise communications based overall Agile delivery plans and milestones e.g. content development, timing, channels, frequency, audience, etc
• Coordinate with application, regional/ country and scrum teams, and relevant BAU teams in Corporate Affairs to ensure delivery of effective communications e.g. Group channels, Group Client Segment & Product channels, Regional and Country channels etc
• Provide quality control for all global and targeted communications on ICS
• Ensure communications are delivered in a timely manner to support delivery under the ICS programme
• Be a central point of quality control and issuance of project communications, ensuring alignment of communications with key messages

Develop key messages and communication materials

• Work with stakeholders to develop key messages and communication materials (e.g. FAQs) tailored for specific internal audiences (e.g. frontline employees in specific client segments and product groups)
• Develop communication materials to ensure consistent understanding of ICS. This should be delivered in the wider context of our commitment to mitigate against ICS risk internally
• Develop WIIFM (what’s in it for me) communications to drive engagement from middle management, other relevant stakeholders and end-user groups, with the aim to create buy-in for and support for change

Measurement and feedback

• Define and implement tools and procedures to measure effectiveness of communication efforts and identifies ways to improve results
• Assist with readiness assessment for delivery of change as related to communications
• Produce lessons learnt on communication delivery, as required and as part of Post Implementation Reviews
