We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Identify, evaluate and partner with airlines and non-air businesses to maximise value and benefits to Singapore Airlines, KrisFlyer programme and its members.
Enunciate partnership value to partners and negotiate commercial proposal with partners.
Manage and oversee existing airline and non-airline partnerships, which includes reviewing / tracking performance, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth of partnership, as well as undertaking partnership renewal negotiations.
Coordinate completion and launch of partnership from end to end, including completion of contractual agreement/reviews with Legal, liaison on finance setup and system setup with tech teams for implementation.
Handle and oversee resolution of servicing issues faced by partners and customers.
Network with and build strong relationship with respective partners.
Conduct promotions with partners by running segmentation for partners and extracting relevant data to help partners target the correct customer segments.
Explore potential and sustain existing strategic relationships, by evaluating new markets/products that have potential to commence and sustain a co-brand relationship.
Possess a good degree in any discipline, preferably in Business/Marketing/Economics/Finance.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar/related role (e.g. Partnerships, Business Development, Loyalty Programme) is preferred.
Possess an existing network of partnerships contacts in various sectors (e.g. financial, e-commerce, retail, logistics, hospitality, everyday spend etc.).
Excellent communications and presentation skills.
Ability to forge and maintain open & trusting relationships / partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Outstanding negotiation and consensus building skills to maximise commercial outcomes.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and possessing strong drive and motivation to achieve optimum results.
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills.
