The Role Responsibilities
The Content Manager is a key member of the team who assists in ensuring accurate high-quality client proposition materials are updated and readily available for frontline staff. In addition, the role supports the commercialisation of JARVIS usage through relatable and on point communication.
JARVIS is a revolutionary digital platform designed to transform how our frontline teams engage our clients with proposition-led, insight-driven conversations on the go.
JARVIS provides one-click access to high-quality client pitching materials and demo videos logically organized to help our front line showcase our suite of product and digital solutions, our curated industry value propositions, the strength of our network, our Employee and Private Bank pitchbooks, and our award-winning research capabilities.
This position will support the in-app content management on JARVIS, the administrative responsibilities of managing JARVIS as a platform, as well as supporting its commercialisation and usage by many.
