• Responsible for Enterprise Security, Service Management & Monitoring
  including applications, cloud SaaS solutions, and the core technology
  platforms
• Ensure high availability and service levels that comply with regulatory
  requirements and fulfill the business objectives
• Provide a stable operating environment for IT and IT-supported functions
  through proven, repeatable, and cost-effective processes.
• Manages the hardware and software resources of the entire network at the
  regional location. Enable network connectivity, communication, operations,
  and management of the entire enterprise network
• Manage SLAs and constantly redefine to keep up with global standards
• The work spans research, selection, introduction, development, and
  maintenance of relevant security components and solutions
• Highlight vulnerabilities and incidents from local and global compliance
  reports and ensure compliance proactively
• Support in capacity planning and forecast demands to the management

Skills and experience required

• Minimum degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in organization’s infrastructure, security plans and policies
• Experience in providing security-related solutions for threats intrusion detection and prevention
• Experience in implement various cybersecurity tools for detection, prevention and analysis of security treats, including all web security and cloud security frameworks
• Experience in provide a framework for effective service management across the enterprise example service tickets for IT-related services
• Hand-on experience using IT security infrastructure tools and service management tools like Jira, Confluence
