IT Portfolio Manager Permanent

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Building new portfolio delivery methods & practices and guiding our partners in adopting them;
• Providing clarity to IT leadership and business sponsors on proposed and ongoing investments;
• Building relationships with your partners in IT and coaching portfolio leaders to increase their Portfolio Project Management (PPM) maturity;
• Planning and creating the governance processes and maintaining the roadmap from ten IT departments;
• Simplify, automate and repeat until the exercise becomes painless;

• You have experience in project, program or portfolio management, service management, finance or functional architecture;
• You have knowledge of and/or have worked with PPM systems such as Planview, Planisware or others and collaboration tools such as Sharepoint, Confluence or Jira;
• Experience in resource management is appreciated;
• You have a solid knowledge of PMP, SAFE LPM or other methodologies;
• You have a good understanding of financial planning and budgeting;
• Bilingualism in French and English is required, both written and spoken.
