This role requires an in-depth understanding of Tribe/Squad/Build-Run delivery model and will be responsible for managing the financial, contracts and resources at any time. The incumbent will need to support special projects and support line administration for the Digital Technology Office.
In this role the incumbent will work closely with Associate Direcor and Head of Department to manage Opex and Capex budget of around SGD $20M and achieve required outcomes.
Vendor Management and Operations (40%)
This role operationalizes the operations aspect of Vendor Management. This includes preparing the smooth on-boarding of new vendor staff, hence, ensuring that they are ready to start working from the day they report to work; and the monitoring of the financial health of Vendor Contract.
