Investment Analyst Permanent

Job Description in Brief:

1. Research and perform the financial due diligence and analysis on prospective companies and projects.
2. Develop tailored investment policies & evaluation criteria on prospective companies and projects, ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s strategies, and recommending potential sound investment decisions
3. Prepare financial documents, pitch decks and reports to present to current and potential investors.
4. Liaise with other fund managers, legal advisers, stock market traders, stockbrokers and regulators.
5. Conduct market research on the respective industries on the prospective projects and gather market intelligence to enhance the management of funds.
6. Ensure that all investment compliance regulations are met accordingly.

The ideal candidate would possess:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or Engineering with excellent academic results.
2. Minimally 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Audit or other related fields.
3. Prior experience in equity or fixed income research is necessary
4. Business fluency in English, and Mandarin or Japanese.
5. The ability to travel at a short notice is expected
