My client is a global fast-growing cryptocurrency company in Singapore, and they are looking for an experienced sales professional from the traditional financial services industry to provide leadership to the sales and key account management processes and support the growth of the function.
This role will leverage relationship development and business development skill to educate and introduce new investment into the world of cryptocurrency from major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals.
Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of global institutional clients through various channels
Identify potential partnerships to expand the institutional business and improve the interconnectivity with other cryptocurrency products
Building key customer service processes and systems, formulating management rules, and tracking the status of key customers
Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
At least 3-7 years working experience in a sales function with an international financial background in banking, fintech, custody or cryptocurrency, etc.
The client portfolio includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks, etc.
Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance, and sales skills, able to work under pressure
Ability to qualify prospects
Familiar with cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies
Fluent English and Mandarin speaker a MUST
