DBS Digital Exchange, the first bank-backed digital exchange, was set up to enable Institutional Investors and Accredited Investors to tap into a fully integrated tokenisation, trading and custody ecosystem for digital assets. This will facilitate fund raising through asset tokenisation and secondary trading of digital assets including cryptocurrencies. Responsibilities
Build & grow institutional clientele trading on DBS Digital Exchange, including to formulate sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current strategies.
Evaluate & assess potential and existing members’ requirements to design and customize products and services to meet their requirements.
Ongoing promotion of products and services to existing members/clients.
To collaborate and coordinate with Bank colleagues to harness the reach of the Bank’s customer base and to effectively & efficiently onboard these onto the Exchange.
Ability to comprehend the whole end of the end customer journey from the evaluation, onboarding, client servicing and retention.
Study market trends locally and globally, and to identify new clients/manage existing clients in related market
Degree holder with high level of interest in the development of crypto business
More than 3 years of experience in financial services sales; with crypto-specific experience and leads to crypto players
Proven sales track record of acquiring institutional clients and driving business results
Strong network of institutional clientele to be nurtured as potential prospects for the Exchange
Willingness to adopt a “start-up” mindset and be willing to take up challenges
Integrity and a strong sense of risk controls is a must
Excellent business communication & relationship-building skills;
Good awareness of developments/innovations in the crypto industry eg development in blockchain technologies and DeFi.
