We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Manage a performance appraisal system of HR;
Nurture a positive working environment;
Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
Report to management and provide decision support upon HR employment and staff-cutting, legal issues controls and office work;
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, contract management and negotiation management;
Support Senior Management and President in communications with external parties regarding administration, HR management and legal affairs, including communication with employees, business partners, investment bankers, lawyers, and regulatory authorities;
Direct and monitor administrative team and legal affairs team to successfully accomplish work within the scope of responsibilities;
Protect company’s value by keeping confidential.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred;
At least ten years of human resource and/or administration management experience required;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
