Work with the Management team to create a culture that supports the strategy for business growth & Build strong relationships with the all levels of the organisation,
Key aspects include
providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance and development issues
Collaborate with other business unit HR’s in guiding to provide practical employee value proposition
Work on HR strategies, framework, and guidelines in all areas of HR functions in order to attract, groom and retain talents to support business growth.
Understand the internal and external customer environment & work out the practical add value solutions to shorten the gap and support business growth.
Drive organizational development and transformational strategies including change management, conflict resolution, teambuilding, coaching, Employee Engagement Survey and/or other necessary strategies.
Work on annual performance review and Compensation and Benefit review
Play a critical role in Workforce planning and Talent succession planning – Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify long-term talent and capabilities needed to deliver the business strategy.
At least 10 years of experience
Looking at candidates based in Singapore only
Mandarin speaking skills will be good to have due to the nature of the business.
