Overview of Division/Department
People Experiences, Human Resources (HR-PXS) is responsible for managing, implementing and executing various HR functions in the Singapore office. There are four teams in HRD- Business Partnering, Shared Services, Operations & Payroll and Talent Management The Shared Services team has three sections: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, Staffing Administration, Mobility, and Compliance & General Administration (CGA).

Job Responsibilities
Your key roles & responsibilities include:
· Support all end-to end BAU activities in our employee life cycle from pre-onboarding to offboarding
· Build a positive people experience with us, such as through prompt and friendly assistance to HR colleagues, as well as supporting the business in answering employee and manager questions on HR policies and processes
· Maintain and update accurate data in HR system, and run reports where necessary
· Review and ensure that all HR policies, templates and FAQs under the HR portal are updated and remain relevant to the business
· Review and identify operations inefficiencies and processes gaps, and proactively propose solutions to the team in mitigating them
· Support all regulatory, compliance and audit related activities for HR
· Plan and organise employee engagement programs/activities
· Take on any HR projects assigned
Job Requirements
What you should have:
· At least 2 years of HR Shared Services and Operations Experience
· Meticulous and strong follow up skills
· Positive customer service orientation with a clear, approachable and friendly communication style
· Proficient with the local Employment Act
· Strong desire to learn and grow
· Tech savvy and comfortable working with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors); and proficient using Microsoft Office especially Excel
· Ability to automate processes using tools like Excel Macro, UiPath, etc. will be an added advantage
· Keen eye for details, and continuously look for improvement in any assigned work with a solution-focused attitude
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate policies and programs to employees
