The Role Responsibilities & Our Ideal Candidate
This role will be part of the Standard Chartered HR Transformation team and will report into Senior Business Design Lead. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the deliverables of Business Functional and Process Design stream which includes but are not limited to: scope identification, process analysis, process (re) design and implementation of business solutions for the HR Service Delivery Modernisation Programme.
The HR Services Design Lead will ensure that business requirements are translated into deliverables and to drive functional effectiveness and technology optimisation within the HR service delivery organisation Employee experience and user adoption will be key focus areas throughout all design work.
The candidate has a solid experience and has previously implemented HCM systems and case management tools. In additional, you have previous people manager experience and has a proven track of HR processes redesign.
In your role, you will support business strategy decisions with clear data points, senior management presentations, facilitation of workshops and meetings. You will closely collaborate to the Programme Stream leads, Programme Manager, will also work closely with external partners supporting the HR Service Delivery Modernisation Programme . You are responsible to plan, analyse, design and implement business processes in line with our HR operating model, business requirements and process excellence, focusing on high standards best practices and customer experience.
The role holder will coordinate and report on all agreed scope and deliverables from the Process and functional team ensuring that business requirements are met within the agreed quality and time.
