HR Relationship Manager is responsible for providing guidance in people matters to support the business strategy and goals. As a HRRM, you are expected to:
Advise, support and partner line managers and employees on HR related matters. Such matters would include resourcing, performance management, talent development, rewards and recognition, employee engagement and relations.
Build strong partnership with business line managers and employees to effectively champion and implement HR programmes and processes.
Collaborate with internal HR specialists to further develop people capabilities such as workforce transformation.
Answer and attend to HR-related queries from employees.
Provide thoughtful and effective advice on people management and organisational issues, including change management, team building and overall effectiveness.
University degree in any discipline with at least 8 years of working experience.
Experience in HR areas such as compensation practices/talent management/organisation development/ performance management/employee engagement will be advantageous.
