Taking responsibility for the management and accountability of the regional team of recruiters, related Recruitment Process Outsourcing services and aligned internal HR operations team
Partnering with Employer Brand, Communications and Press teams – ensuring brand integrity and authenticity – delivery on promise
Overseeing the roll-out of campus engagement and attraction activities
Providing expertise and operational governance internally across the talent agenda
Overseeing graduate rotation and placement program across the region for selected divisions.
Ensuring symbiotic partnerships with regional graduate teams
Delivering regional and global Diversity and Inclusion strategy for early career hiring
Management of business and HR stakeholders with early careers hiring needs
Ensuring appropriate governance and control framework around data, team, recruitment process, communications and vendors
Inspiring others, creating engagement, enthusiasm and commitment
12 years’ experience working within a recruitment or HR function overseeing the graduate recruiting function including the delivery of graduate, internship, diversity & inclusion and other early careers hiring strategy
Strong understanding of technology and banking sectors
Experienced in driving operational excellence ensuring appropriate governance and control framework around data, team, recruitment process, communications and vendors.
Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
Ability to manage high volume and operational delivery
Strategic ability to create change, challenge status quo and inspire and lead others
Experience in delivering projects and global initiatives as well as locally
