HR Recruiter Contract

We are looking for an Experienced Recruiter for our private banking client, located at Changi Business Park for a 6-month contract.

• Crafting sourcing strategies that tap into internal talent pools, diverse markets and external matches
• Providing solutions, including assessment recommendations and structured interviews to narrow the candidate pools
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Providing advice and direction about the entire hiring process, and building those relationships effectively
• Conducting thorough intake sessions to understand the business requirements and translate into a solution-based recruiting strategy

Requirements:

• 3-5 years relevant hands-on recruitment experience in the APAC region, preferably in corporate banking function roles
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards and can work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficient with ATS such as Taleo
