HR shared service line including but not limited to payroll, benefit, insurance, leave, onboarding and offboarding, internal transfer, visa application, employment verification letter, etc HR related matters
Lead HR Shared Service Hub in APAC region, from setting up the regional hub to providing stable support to regional employees in 14 countries
Lead internal teams and external service partners to deliver and streamline processes end-to-end, strike for best-in-class operation excellence
Collaborate with regional stakeholders to improve employees’ experiences at work place, including design, lead and implement employee engagement campaigns
Ensure responsible HR Shared Service activities are compliant to local law and regulations,
Job requirements
Proficient in English in both oral and written, ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage
At least 5 years HR Operations or Shared Service center experience, and 3 years’ regional management experiences
Bachelor degree or above, Human Resources major or certificate is a plus
Good leadership skills, ability to design process and operation-excellence programs, have good understanding about HR data management process, attention to details
Good cross culture communication skills, empathy, open minded and willing to learn
