We are looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company
You will be undertaking the role of a HR Lead Consultant, your role includes but not limiting to:
Driving thought leadership, understanding and analysing key HR trends and topics.
Building and developing content and create market influence by providing engaging topics for stakeholders and initiate events/ projects.
Develop positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis and applicable frameworks.
Make use of HR technology and data to conduct and present deliverables that provides insights for HR practioners from various industries.
Collaborate with the other departments and functions and lead ideation/workshop sessions.
You will be degree qualified in HRM and possess at least 10 years of HR Consulting experience. It would be ideal if you have experience working within a Technology/ Professional Services organization focusing on HR Consulting.
You will be someone who is technologically savvy and be able to understand data well.
You will be someone who has solid understanding of HR practices and have the ability to map out strategies.
You will also be someone who is able to work well under a fast paced environment and be able to handle different ongoing projects. Besides the mentioned, you should have strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgements.
You will also be someone who is able to foster a positive and open team environment.
