• Act as HR business partner towards the leaders and employees
• Be the process owner and manage the full HR lifecycle, including HR administration (on/offboarding, internal transfers), talent management processes (annual performance cycle, development) and compensation cycle
• Implement HR processes and procedures with focus on digitalization and employee experience
• Responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding, in collaboration with both companies.
• Collaborate with our external payroll partners and provide monthly payroll inputs
Experience:
• Bachelor / Master in business administration, psychology or related field. Further education in the field of HR is a plus
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience as HR manager/business partner or HR generalist role
• Solid understanding of HR and talent management processes
• Understanding of Singapore HR policies, laws and regulations
• Independent, pro-active/entrepreneurial working style with a can-do attitude and willingness to do hands-on work is a must have
• Ability and willingness to drive the quality and value of HR through digitalization and employee experience
