Job Purpose
The Change Lead will be responsible for leading, developing and executing the change and engagement strategy needed to support the delivery of any HR project. Projects within the HR Transformation portfolio range from implementing HR Technologies, transforming approaches to support our different CoEs, all in service of delivering our strategic priorities and transform the Bank.
