We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
This role reports directly to the Senior HR Manager. In this role, you will be the go-to expert, responsible for managing all employee grievances and HR related investigations in Singapore. Key responsibilities include: managing employee relations issues, i.e. investigation regarding conduct, performance, and attendance. You will also have the opportunity to work with the Learning & Development team to design programs to improve managers’ employee relation skills. This role will be key to implement measures to promote a positive workplace culture and boost employee morale. You will also implement policies, programs and procedures related to employee relations.
You are degree qualified, with relevant experience in handing employee relations or HRBP in a multinational corporation environment and/or manufacturing industries. Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical/healthcare related industries are preferred. Deep knowledge of managing employee relations, labor relations and labor legislation are a must, given the nature of the role, as are excellent decision-making and communication skills.
