Adecco is partnering with a client in the construction industry and they are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join the team! A great opportunity to work in a fun and dynamic team!
Job scope: Liaise with stakeholders and other sub-contractors on the collation of employees’ data for the various projects
Ensure data accuracy before submission to government authorities
Liaise with the various vendors to ensure smooth operational processes throughout the projects
Prepare service agreements and billing documentations for subcontractors
Provide timely update to the stakeholders and sub-contractors on the status throughout the project
Provide advice and guidance to the subcontractors on the updated regulations by the government authorities
Minimum ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level holders
Minimum 1 year of experience in administration.
Independent and a self-starter, with strong personal drive to initiate and implement.
