Work with HR stakeholders to analyze HR metrics/data from a variety of sources.
Research, analyzes and work through various HR issues/challenges, and participates in problem resolution/solving activities.
Analyze HR data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention (but not limited) to recruitment, engagement, motivation, rewards, attrition etc. with the view to use the data for HR projects and process improvement.
Creates and presents data analyses and reports, as appropriate, to the area of expertise
Coordinate, tracks and organizes work activities and project plans
Performs other duties as assigned
Preferably Bachelors qualified – but we are open to the field of study – just bring along your passion
Excellent numeric and analytical skills, with an ever inquisitive mind and problem solving abilities
Can-do attitude and able to work independently, comfortable with ambiguity
Technology savvy and digitally inclined – ‘not afraid of the unknown’
Team player with ability to work in fast pace environment
