The Role Responsibilities
The Change Manager will be responsible for leading, developing and executing the New Ways of Working (NWOW) / Agile adoption across HR. This will require full mobilisation and transition of HR Investment and BAU projects/programmes and teams to the NWOW processes and governance to enable decommissioning of existing governance in 2021.
