This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high calibre team with extensive deal-making experience. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing new investment and M&A opportunities for the firm in Asia. You will lead deals and investment execution, ensuring successful completion. You will contribute to developing the growth strategy for the organisation in Asia, identifying partnership opportunities and analysing competitive trends in the industry. With the firm’s increasing focus on digital transformation, there are opportunities to invest in non-traditional and innovative financial companies.

You have an excellent academic qualifications and 7 to 10 years’ of investment banking experience with a focus on financial services, or corporate development experience in major financial institutions. Experience in Asian markets is a strong edge, with proven track record in leading transactions. You are commercially astute, have superior analytical skills and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. An outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal/negotiation skills, you work effectively with internal and external deal parties, ensuring smooth transaction completion.
