We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Driving performance and results for CC T&I, continuously improving business management efficiency by simplifying and standardizing operational processes and procedures and sharing best practices.
Supporting corporate governance, adherence to policies, cost centre management, budget management, approvals and housekeeping and office administration matters.
Influence the outcomes of strategic objectives and priorities, working closely with Client Coverage Client Journey teams through facilitation and monitoring of performance.
Assist with strategic planning including the development and production of strategic plans, management business reviews, performance updates, analysis, and presentation.
Increase the efficiency of the CC T&I function by delivering the cost targets
Monitor costs against budget and highlight issues and resolution in a timely manner
Work closely with PMO and Business Finance to resolve cost-related issues to support the overall financial health of the CC T&I function
Lead the external digital award submission for CC T&I, coordinate and contribute to the business awards submission with Products and Operations.
Create and facilitate strategic communication plan to align to single client journey plan for CC T&I and to ensure maximum impact communications.
Facilitating internal and external communication and delivering high quality and clear management information and presentations.
Driving employee engagement through planning and implementing Global Calls, communication avenues via internal platforms etc. Coordinate and support business engagements with other teams and partners in the Bank, and external parties (i.e. consultants, vendors, auditors, regulators, clients, media/publications)
Support the delivery of management information and high-quality presentations for CC T&I in various forums
