Ensure that Yangon Branch adheres to the operating controls and standards of Bank in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, ethical standards and good international banking best practices.
Work closely with General Manager to formulate & implement plan(s) aimed at supporting the branch’s business activities.
Ensure all operations departments are in line with the general controls and standards governing the units such as :
Together with Branch Compliance Manager, to ensure the control and administration standards of legal and/or regulatory and AML matters are in full compliance to safeguard the bank’s legal and/or reputation.
Work closely with head office in the implementation of policies and new projects in support of the Branch’s operations.
At least 8 years of banking operations management.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a matrix organization.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player.
