We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Lead the Training/Quality Assurance/T&Q Process/T&Q BP teams in SG hub, manage/mentor/lead the sub-teams to all kinds of safety-relevant projects in TikTok and other product lines.
Cooperate with other teams in SG and also other regions to define success criteria, lead and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks and manage the key performance indicator reporting. Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communications and change.
7+ years of work experience in safety-relevant operations, one of the following: information security investigations, security and threat analysis, identity and access management, policy enforcement.
5+ years of management experience for sizable team across the countries.
Strong project management ability, strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, proficient English is a must, and any second language will be a plus.
Experience in training, quality, project management, and process optimization, any BPO-relevant work experience will be a plus.
Experience in Quality Process and Workflow designing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with capability to process a high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions.
Localize and optimize management improvement plans and procedures. Deep-dive into regional issues and conduct necessary regional experiments and investigations.
Exceptional leadership, influencing, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
