We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Accountable for achieving agreed qualitative and quantitative KPI’s and corporate objectives while ensuring high level of supplier and customer satisfaction.
Accountable for procurement, planning and customer service teams and functions.
Build strategic long-term partnership with suppliers, drive strategic sourcing, explore alternate sourcing/supply to drive competitiveness.
Build high level of customer satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS), through strong customer support & relationship.
Develop planning processes aligned with Corporate and Regional BU needs that drive optimization in inventory while meeting service levels for our customers.
Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement plans, and optimize supply chain capabilities and effectiveness while achieving corporate objectives.
Create, implement and refresh the functional strategic plan and implement within the guidelines with overall Global SC strategy.
Identify and deploy, as appropriate, to address evolving business requirements or issues, collaborating across functions and divisions, regions, carriers, freight forwarders and other supply chain partners.
Lead implementation of global initiatives in regional supply chain organization.
Facilitate Information System strategy and its implementation for Supply Chain, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Forecasting.
At least 15 years of experience in Supply Chain function in multinational organization.
Ability to travel about 25% of time within and outside region.
