We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Identify growth opportunities through the development of new capabilities, product/ services, initiatives etc
Analyse market potential and work with the team to drive acquisition, activation and usage, retention, cross sell and upsell
Ensure all products fulfil regulatory requirements
Continue to build and maintain a strong network in the market
Prepare budget, projected sales targets/profits and KPIs for the sales team
Translate strategies by partnering functional leads to develop and implement frameworks, policies, processes/ procedures, systems and the service delivery model via a series of roadmaps/milestones
Partner control functions to define risk parameters, to develop, implement and maintain proper governance and transparent control infrastructures
Provide inputs and advise the management team on key issues (e.g. strategic initiatives, business unit plans, and major investments) based on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking and rigorous analyses
Influence a high-performance company culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration
Set up a lean team of high performers, and provide them with clear direction and guidance
Graduate degree with minimum 20 years relevant Singapore experience in the area of Corporate/ SME Banking and with strong management experience
Strong strategic mindset and detail oriented
Growth stage experience, demonstrated ability to develop sales plans from scratch
Has a strong network in the market and a track record of delivering strong revenue growth
Possess strong knowledge of the market’s needs, trends, products and competitiveness and experience translating these into effective and profitable business plans/solutions
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and strategic issues tied to short/ long term business goals
Experience in managing complex and cross-functional projects
Sound understanding of MAS regulations
Strong stakeholder management, able to influence and impact outcomes
A natural leader with excellent interpersonal skills and experience leading, guiding and motivating teams in a fairly new set up
Superb presentation and communication skills
A self-starter and independent learner who takes the initiative to challenge the status quo
