We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Provide leadership, direct and steer the business development for growth and improve on profitability by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales, budgeting and planning for the sales department
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees.
Manage the performance results by counselling, planning, monitoring and appraising results.
Develop and implement strategies and tactics to increase revenue flows from the allocated portfolio.
Maintain the integrity of data in Sales Reporting System through regular maintenance and training.
Business implementation and setting up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Degree in Business/Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 8 years relevant working experience in forwarding and logistics industries.
