We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Steer and monitor the maturity level of the Procurement function based on appropriate dashboards and KPI’s to ensure the effectiveness of the organization
Drive the overall target of standardization of sourced goods and services and ensure a significant consolidation/simplification amongst the indirect supplier portfolios
Identify continuously gaps in the organization and develop necessary measures like training, process improvements and best practice sharing
Ensure implementation of Category strategies and facilitate the exchange between various Procurement functions and key stakeholders
Ensure adherence to the company’s compliance rules and take measures to survey and improve this
Facilitate communication and exchange, such as leadership, Procurement team and subject matter expert meetings
Drive change of the APAC Procurement Organization to a digitized organization with an optimum balance of in- and outsourced accountabilities
Deep expertise in Strategic and Operational Procurement in the field of Indirect Spend
Senior leadership character with minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of both disciplinary and functional leadership in an international set-up
Experience in managing diverse and remote teams
University degree or comparable training/professional qualification
Highly team-oriented with strong intercultural and interdisciplinary stakeholder management skills to ensure close alignments with business and Procurement stakeholders
Excellent communication skills combining strong collaboration and assertiveness
Financial acumen and strong cost management skills
Able to work autonomously and effectively with a well-structured working approach
