Head of Propositions & Clients Engagement – Regional Insurance Permanent NEW

Role:

• Responsible for leading the strategy for building a customer focused and need based product palette for the region
• Building/ identifying new proposition opportunities in key client segments like HNW competitive value added differentiated offerings for the Citi customer
• Provide expertise to the teams in region and across countries on product related matters
• Providing Product level analytical support, experience management aligning to value targets, competitive benchmarking and identifying gaps
• Manage and work with AIA and other external product providers to ensure the right profitable product mix in insurance
• Building transparency, providing financial analytical support and building understanding within the insurance community (region and country)
• Be responsible for the top 25 products in the region – Competitiveness, durability, compliance and constant upgradation of the same
• Manage and build for the Head of Insurance key regional and country projects as relevant from time to time
• Be an active senior management member of the APAC and EMEA insurance team

Requirements

• Products experience with preferred actuarial background (15 years’ total experience) Strong end-to end product development skills. Product development includes pricing, design, service & distribution, underwriting, claims management
• Strong analytic and finance modeling skills: product strategy, business planning, and financial results (valuation), MIS, pricing
• Good understanding across insurance products.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, trouble shoot, and influence stake holders across functions and countries
• Highly organized and commercially savvy
• Strong communications (verbal, written, PowerPoint) and relationship management skills
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment
• Multi-market experience preferred with demonstrated provider and re-insurer networks
