We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR including Business Partnering, Talent and Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation, Workplace Management etc.
Collaborate with respective departments to implement HR strategies, processes, policies, and workforce plans.
Provide performance management guidance, coaching and advisory to line managers to ensure an engaged workforce.
Oversee overall office general administration and insurance.
Develop and maintain HR metrics: analyse business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention – including promotion, compensation increase, department or location change, and employee recognition.
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Build and continuously develop our employer brand, culture and working environment trying to reduce churn and maximize happiness at work.
Take the lead in developing and improving HR policies and guidelines in alignment with organizational values and regulations.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align programs with business needs.
Partner closely with regional, global HR leadership and other functional leads to drive progressive change improving people experiences.
8 to 12 years of relevant experience in leading HR teams at a large company, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Thorough experience and exposure to Singapore HR practices and knowledge of labour laws.
Strong change management and project management skills.
Experience in HR systems implementation.
In-house consulting experience within fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/technology environments would be an advantage.
Strong commercial awareness and super hands-on attitude.
Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
High EQ; excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
Innovative and creative problem solving and decision making.
Strong ability to forward-plan and anticipate issues before they arise.
Experience building, managing, and training a team of 10+ members is desirable.
